Ph.D. in Food Science with 20+ years of experience in Coffee Science, coffee flavor, coffee quality, sensory analysis, certified Q-Grader and Q Processing Instructor. Experienced in Geographical Indications, GIS, and quality systems. Ph.D. in Food Science at the University of Otago, with the research project: Effect of processing on flavor character of Arabica natural coffee. Currently holds the position of technical director at Specialty Coffee Association.
