Our Lab is where experimentation, innovation, and the alchemy of storytelling happen.

Our Team Brings Stories to Life
The journey is the story itself. While talking about storytelling can become idealistic, our priority is nailing your story. Whether for education strategy, brand growth, or event flourishing, we become part of your team to formulate a storytelling strategy that strengthens your overarching desired outcomes.
We tailor work plans to each customer’s needs, linking our network of storytellers to the nature of each project.
At Tribelanders, we are dedicated to creating narratives that resonate with our clients’ tribes. We work closely with our clients to build trust and foster deep connections through authentic and intuitive storytelling. Our team is passionate about helping you connect with your audience in a meaningful way.
Hello from our Founder
Hello, I’m Monica Ramirez Bolek, the Founder of Tribelanders. What excites me most is partnering with our clients and resonating with them on what matters to them and their tribes. Collaborating with talented storytellers who get involved in our projects is one of the best things about working at Tribelanders. After consulting for organizations in strategic communications and working with marketing experts, I concluded that a laser focus on storytelling makes the difference in activating a strategy to build trust.
I am deeply rooted in storytelling, a passion that has been with me since childhood. My journey began by listening to my grandmother, the first storyteller I encountered in my life. Her love for radio and the narratives it conveyed sparked my fascination with the power of storytelling. This early influence laid the foundation for my career, which started as a reporter producing documentaries for TV, where I honed my skills in crafting narratives that engage and inspire. I began my journalism career at CNN Radio and later became a TV host at La TV Show in Ecuador.
My experience with the Coffee Quality Institute and the World Food Programme enriched my understanding of diverse communities in Latin America. I’ve also served as Communications Director at the Andean Parliament and consulted for organizations in strategic communications, such as the Colombian Presidency—Victims Unit.
Creating the Taster Tales Podcast was a turning point. As I collected conversations and went back to writing, I reconnected with my journalism roots. The podcast, which started with a simple concept and a photo of me looking at an empty glass, imagining the stories of anything that could be poured into a glass, explored the stories of tasters who dedicate their lives to understanding flavors.
My learning curve as a podcast and video producer has led me to the concept of our Lab. A well-prepared content strategy is more than just a list of questions to ask your guest; it’s about weaving words, concepts, research, and emotions. A storytelling strategy will allow you to become intentional in every little step you make.
Tribelanders was born to do just that. We listen, tailor our approach, and apply what we know works. We are proud to say we are a start -up. We are dedicated to empowering you to connect with your audience in a meaningful way. We are grateful to build trust with our clients one by one.
